Real Drums in a Tiny Space

The EFNOTE Mini occupies a footprint of just 115 cm x 70 cm — roughly 3.8 by 2.3 feet — making it smaller than conventional entry-level electronic drum kits while still offering a complete playing experience. Despite its dimensions, it delivers a surprisingly full sonic range: bass drum sounds spanning 18 to 22 inches, tom sounds from 6 to 16 inches, and cymbal sounds ranging from an 8-inch splash all the way up to a 21-inch ride. This makes the Mini well suited not just for home practice, but for small stage performances such as café concerts, wedding parties, and intimate live events. 

Premium Construction and Sound Quality

The drum shells are crafted from real birch wood in a glamorous White Sparkle finish, and each is equipped with multi-sensor technology for hotspot-free, high-resolution response. The kit includes a 14x10-inch kick drum, a 10x4.5-inch snare with head, rim, and side-rim zones, an 8x6.5-inch rack tom, and a 10x10-inch floor tom. The cymbal set features 12-inch hi-hats equipped with EFNOTE's Tru-motion hi-hat system, an 8-inch splash/crash cymbal, and a 16-inch ride with 360-degree bow, edge, and cup sensing. The onboard sound library was newly recorded and includes vintage drum and cymbal collections — notably a 12-inch maple snare and a 10-inch crispy hi-hat — all recorded and mastered in-house by EFNOTE for maximum authenticity. 

Smart Features and Connectivity

The EFNOTE Mini's sound module features a touch-screen interface with graphical preset kit themes and an intuitive layout designed for quick access during performance. At its core is ELISE, EFNOTE's proprietary sensing processor, which powers two practice-focused tools: Stroke Scope, which displays strike points on a timeline, and Accuracy Score, which estimates how precisely you are hitting. On the connectivity front, the module supports Bluetooth audio input for playing along to Spotify or YouTube from a smartphone, USB-C for 8-channel audio output and 16-channel MIDI recording on Mac or PC, stereo line outputs, headphone output, and a 3.5mm audio input. The companion EFNOTE Tools app allows players to back up, restore, and share drum kit data, and connect to an official Kit Library for additional preset downloads. The kit is also expandable, with options to add a second crash cymbal, an additional tom, or other optional components via a single available trigger input.
