The JFET drive section features Drive, Tone, and Level controls alongside a two-position Voice switch that changes the pedal from a tighter, more articulate overdrive to a thicker, smoother lead voice. A rear-panel Tight switch trims low frequencies before the gain stage for an even more focused response, especially when using humbuckers or higher-gain settings. Beyond the drive section, an independently switchable 3-band active EQ provides Bass, Middle, and Treble controls with center detents for flat response. The EQ Placement switch allows the equalizer to be positioned before or after the overdrive, dramatically changing how the pedal responds and giving you the flexibility to shape either the gain structure or the finished tone.

Designed for modern pedalboards, the Santa Ana V2 also includes selectable true bypass or buffered bypass operation and Fender's Multi-Switch footswitch technology for both latching and momentary activation.
