You’re looking at a 2017 Fender Straocaster ’55 Custom Shop Limited Edition Journeyman Relic. Fender calls the finish Super Faded Aged Sonic Blue, which is adorable because it looks about as blue as a polar bear in a snowstorm. Most normal humans will swear it's Olympic White. Fender insists otherwise. We're staying out of that family argument.

What we do know is that this featherweight masterpiece weighs a ridiculous 7.3 lbs, has a gorgeous ash body, a chunky '54 U-shaped quarter-sawn maple neck, Hand-Wound ’55 low G Alnico 3 pickups, and enough Custom Shop mojo to make your average production Strat quietly excuse itself from the room.

The neck feels like it was carved by someone who believed necks should actually fill your hand. The Hand-Wound ‘55 pickups deliver everything you want from a great vintage Strat: sparkle, chime, quack, snap, and that magical ability to make you play the same three licks for 45 minutes while convincing yourself you're discovering new musical territory.

Condition

She was born on September 11th, 2017… which is a pretty soecial date in of itself…  The guitar was only owned by a collectpr who just did not play much at all. That being said, this guitar is in Mint Journeyman condition , just as the day she way born. The Journeyman/Closet Classic aging was performed by Fender's Custom Shop, meaning any wear you see was applied by highly trained professionals so you wouldn't have to spend decades earning it yourself.

Return Policy- 

We do accept returns up to 14 days from the point of the initial sale, which means that the guitar must be back in our possession within this 14 day period. However, please be aware of the following conditions: If for any reason you wish to return the guitar, just call or email me directly, within 24 hours of your receiving the item, and let me know that you want to return it. Once we receive the guitar back, in the same condition, you will receive a refund, less a $50 restock fee. Also be aware that the initial shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances.
