A throwback to the original Precision Bass as it appeared in 1951. This is the Fender Custom Shop '51 P-Bass in a very light Flash Coat Lacquer NOS Nocaster Blonde finish over a 2-piece ash body. The bass features a strong quartersawn maple neck with vintage frets and a period-correct 7.25" fretboard radius. There's a single '55 P-Bass split coil pickup under the classic look of the pickup and bridge covers. If you want that no frills added P-Bass thump, you can't go wrong with a '51 Reissue.
