Jack's Guitarcheology is an official Orange Amps dealer.

From Orange:

The Micro Dark builds on the success of the Micro Terror, adding more gain, more tonal flexibility, and a darker, more aggressive voice. With an ECC83 valve preamp and solid-state power amp, this hybrid head delivers 20 Watts of crushing tone in a format that fits in your backpack. The intuitive Shape control dials everything from scooped modern metal to vintage-inspired mids, while the CabSim headphone output makes it ideal for silent practice or recording. Whether you're riffing at home, tracking in the studio, or running a compact live rig, the Micro Dark delivers huge tone with zero fuss.

Hybrid Valve/Solid-State Design
ECC83 valve preamp and solid-state power amp deliver warmth, bite, and clarity with no compromise on size or weight.

Shape Control
One dial, endless tones: sweep from classic British mids to tight, scooped modern metal with a single knob.

CabSim Headphone Output
Practice or record silently with a built-in speaker cabinet simulation that captures the feel of a miked Orange 4×12.

20 Watts of Pocket-Sized Power
More than enough volume for rehearsal or gigging when paired with a suitable cab, all from a lunchbox head.

Compact and fierce, the Micro Dark is the high-gain sibling of the Micro Terror. Its valve/solid-state hybrid design gives you warm, touch-sensitive drive with the speed and power of solid-state output. The Shape control is your secret weapon: roll it one way for thick, mids-forward British crunch, or the other for scooped modern tones with searing top-end clarity. It’s incredibly versatile for such a simple layout.

The built-in CabSim headphone output lets you record or practice silently without losing the feel of a mic’d cab. And with an auxiliary input and 8-Ohm speaker output, the Micro Dark adapts to any setup, from bedroom jamming to gigging pedalboard rigs, making it small, powerful, and seriously mean.
