MTD Kingston Z6 Left-Handed 6-String Bass Natural Maple Burl Matte Roasted Maple Fingerboard"," MTD Kingston Z6 Left-Handed 6-String Bass - Natural Maple Burl Matte

Updated for 2026! The MTD Kingston Z is the flagship model of the Kingston line and takes many of its design cues from MTD Handmade USA basses.

This left-handed Kingston Z6 features an alder body with a maple burl top, roasted maple neck, roasted maple fingerboard, active electronics, MTD Soapbar pickups, and a 35" scale length for tight low-end response. The roasted neck provides stability and a smooth broken-in feel, while MTD’s asymmetrical neck and compound 10"-14" fingerboard radius make this an exceptionally playable left-handed 6-string bass.

Like all MTD Kingston instruments, the Z6 undergoes a rigorous quality control and setup process in Kingston, NY by master technicians. The MTD Quick Release bridge allows quick string changes, while Licensed Hipshot Ultralite tuners offer reliable tuning stability without excess neck weight.
