The Kingston Z5 Fretless features an alder body, maple burl top, roasted maple neck, and ebony fingerboard for a smooth, expressive fretless playing experience with boutique-inspired looks. MTD's asymmetrical neck and compound fingerboard radius are designed for comfortable, fatigue-free playing, while the Buzz Feiten Tuning System helps deliver precise intonation up and down the neck.

Like all MTD Kingston instruments, the Z5 undergoes a rigorous quality control and setup process in MTD's Kingston, NY facility by master technicians. The robust top-loading MTD Quick Release bridge allows for fast string changes, and Licensed Hipshot Ultralite tuners provide reliable tuning stability without unnecessary neck dive.
