Ibanez BTB625EX 5 string bass with a 5 piece maple and walnut neck through construction, okoume body, ebonol fretboard, Bartolini BH2 pickups, and 3 band active EQ.

The Ibanez BTB625EX is a modern extended range bass built for clarity, stability, and consistent response across all five strings.

The okoume body paired with a neck through design provides strong sustain and a balanced tonal foundation. This construction delivers an even response from the low B through the upper register while allowing smooth access across all 24 frets.

The 5 piece maple and walnut neck adds strength and stability, while the ebonol fretboard offers a fast, durable playing surface. Medium stainless steel frets and a zero fret contribute to consistent tone and feel across the neck.

Bartolini BH2 pickups provide:

• Tight, focused low end
• Clear, defined mids
• Balanced articulation
• Modern, punchy response

The 3 band active EQ with a 3 way mid frequency switch allows for precise tone shaping, making it easy to dial in a wide range of sounds from modern punch to full, balanced tones.

Additional features include the MR5 bridge with 19mm string spacing for comfortable fingerstyle and slap techniques, along with black hardware for a clean, modern look.
