The Suhr Modern Custom is a boutique electric guitar built for serious players who demand next-level performance, tone, and craftsmanship. With premium tonewoods, flawless fretwork, and effortless playability, it’s the ultimate high-performance shred guitar that doesn’t sacrifice soul. Whether you’re chasing articulate cleans, tight rhythms, or blazing leads, this Suhr delivers with unmatched precision and feel. Every detail reflects John Suhr’s commitment to perfection — from the fast, satin-finished neck to the hand-voiced pickups and custom specs. Plug in and experience why Suhr is the gold standard in modern boutique guitars.

This build features a lightweight swamp ash body finished in a stunning Surf Green satin that looks as slick as it feels. The stainless steel frets offer silky bends and long-lasting precision, while the Suhr 2-post bridge delivers exceptional tuning stability and comfort. A push-pull tone knob allows both humbuckers to split for authentic single-coil tones on demand, making this a truly versatile instrument that covers everything from glassy cleans to full-throttle gain. It’s a top-shelf custom build that lives up to the Suhr name in every way.
