Gibson / 2004 J-45

The top is made of spruce and finished in a vintage sunburst color.
The rosette features a single ring, suggesting it was made with the mid-1950s in mind.

While many models feature a large pickguard, this one features a small pickguard.
In the original, the small pickguard was replaced with a large pickguard around 1955.

The sides and back are made of mahogany with a dark walnut finish.

The fingerboard is made of rosewood, and the position markers are dots.

The neck is made of mahogany.
The slim tapered neck provides a comfortable grip, even for modern music.

The bridge is made of rosewood and features short saddles.
The bridge pins have been replaced with ebony pins.
The dots are made of white mother-of-pearl.

The Slim's headstock features a silkscreened Gibson modern logo, and the bell-shaped truss rod cover is a single piece.

The tuning machines feature KLUSON independent tuning tuners.
The third string peg becomes stiffer as you tighten it, possibly due to aging, as you approach the G note.
However, this does not affect tuning stability, so please rest assured.

Unlike the J-45 Standard, this J-45, which reproduces specifications closer to the vintage look, is highly sought after.

This is a used/vintage item, and information is based on our own inspection.

-There are scratches, scuffs, and dents from playing, but the condition is appropriate for its age.
-There is a crack repaired on the upper right side of the sound hole.
-The bridge pin has been replaced with an ebony wood one.
-The torque on the third-string tuning peg is a little stiff, but there are no problems with tuning, so please rest assured.

[Playing Condition]
- String height at the 12th fret: 2.3mm on the 6th string side, 2.1mm on the 1st string side
- Saddle extension: Approximately 2.0mm-3.0mm
- The electronics are in good working order.
