The Ibanez BTB865SCWKL is a bold and articulate 5-string bass designed for serious low-end players who demand tonal clarity, superior sustain, and modern flexibility. Built with a neck-through-body construction and loaded with pro-grade components, this extended-range instrument is ideal for technical players, prog bassists, and anyone pushing the boundaries of what a bass can do.

At the heart of the BTB865SCWKL is its 5-piece Maple/Walnut neck reinforced with graphite rods for ultimate strength and tuning stability. This neck runs through the Ash/Okoume body wings and is topped with a rosewood fingerboard featuring abalone dot inlays and medium stainless steel frets. A detachable finger ramp adds ergonomic support for fingerstyle players, while the long 35" scale enhances clarity and punch on the low B string.

For electronics, the BTB865SCWKL features dual Bartolini BH2 pickups paired with Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ and a 3-way mid-frequency switch (250Hz, 450Hz, 700Hz), giving you powerful tonal shaping at your fingertips. Whether you're anchoring a jazz fusion trio or laying down grooves in a metal band, this bass offers incredible versatility and articulation.
