Up for sale is an exceptionally rare and early 1951 Gibson ES-175, featuring a highly unusual and desirable factory two P-90 pickup configuration. As most collectors know, the ES-175 debuted in 1949 with a single P-90, and dual-pickup versions were not standard in 1951. This example was special-ordered from the factory with two P-90s — making it a scarce and historically significant piece of early Gibson electric history.
