This limited edition amplifier is a replica of the model built for Noel Gallagher (Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Oasis) in the 2000s based on an original and rare Hiwatt combo. Using our flagship 100 watt valve amp paired with a duo of UK-built Fane Purpleback 12” speakers mounted in a vertical layout, this format delivers unparalleled response and headroom even at high volumes. Like the original Noel amplifiers the DR103C is modified with individual push-pulls on the channel volumes which add bass and gain to each channel's circuit for expanded frequency range and overdriven tones unique to this amplifier. The vertical 212 format raises the speakers from their usual location and brings them up towards the player for better monitoring; this also places the amp chassis at a more comfortable height for tweaking controls. The DR103C uses the same rugged construction, birch ply cabinet, and attention to detail as the rest of our custom range. Extra bracing reinforces the chassis mounting system to handle the huge volumes this amplifier is able to put out, and the unit comes fitted with side-handles for ease of transport. Truly an amp suitable for a Rock N' Roll Star.

• — This limited edition amplifier is a replica of the mid-2000s combo amps built for Noel Gallagher (Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Oasis). Using our flagship 100 watt DR circuit with bypassable mods to both channels, paired with a duo of UK-built Fane Purpleback 12” cast basket speakers mounted in a vertical layout, the Custom 100 212 delivers unparalleled response and headroom even at high volumes.
• — Set for clean, the Custom 100 212 has an uncompressed and balanced tone which rewards the use of pedals and thanks to the open back cabinet provides a huge and room-filling soundstage. If your ears (and band members) can take it then both channels can also be pushed into a roaring touch-sensitive overdrive.
• — As part of this limited edition format, the amp has a special push-pull switch modification on both channel volume controls which expands the bandwidth and gain range of each channel for extra overdrive and fat low-end. Like all of our DR series amplifiers these channels can be mixed by use of a jumper cable for extra tone-tweaking.
• — The vertical 212 format raises the speakers from their usual location and brings them up towards the player for better monitoring; this also places the amp chassis at a convenient height for tweaking controls.
• — The dual Fane Purplebacks offer 150 watts of wattage handling per speaker - this combination delivers sweet trebles and upper mids with rich vintage bass response.
• — The Custom 100 212V uses the same rugged construction, 18mm birch-ply cabinet, and attention to detail as the rest of our Custom range, but extra bracing reinforces the cabinet and chassis to eliminate unwanted resonance at the huge volumes this amplifier is able to put out.
• — Comes fitted with both top and side handles for ease of transport.
