Olds Opera (Buffet Dynaction) alto saxophone 1950 - 1955 - Lacquer

Olds Opera/ Buffet Dynaction alto saxophone. I've used this at many open mics the last few years. Though I do put my saxophones in rotation for open mics. I figure with a 4000 numbered sax, I would say mid fifties vintage. This one does play up and down the registers has a slight leak at the low c key causing a little more Force to get out the B&B flat. Has all the original screw in resonators. This is a Buffet Dynaction. I have owned an actual Buffet branded Dynaction and they are exactly the same in every aspect. There are no dents, dings, bends, caves not neck pull down. Original lacquer and original case. This is one great horn that I've used that can really project. And has great intonation. I use an Otto Link Supertone Master 5 star with a 2.25 Legere' signature cut just so you know what my normal mouthpiece is. Check out the pictures in the video.

ALL of my saxophones are from a smoke free home with humidity and temperature regulation. I am a collector/player of over 50 years. So, you will get an honest description to the best of my ability.
