- I‘ve just had the frets levelled, crowned, dressed and polished for £250 💰 (Saturday 25th April ‘26).
- There’s still a really good amount of fret life left 👍
- Vintage 1986 G series MIJ Serial number - a true relic from the legendary Golden era of Japanese Stratocasters 🦄
- It has a super comfortable medium thickness C shape maple neck 🍁 with a vintage accurate 7.25 radius maple fretboard 🍁
- Weighing approximately 6 pounds 7 ounces ⚖️
- Vintage (2008) set of ‘Lollar Sixty-Four (Blackface) Strat Pickups’, which give those beautiful bell like Stratocaster tones we all love 🥰🎸
- Vintage Early 80s Tokai Goldstar Sound pick guard, pots, switch and wiring harness (a much thicker 50s style/single ply Tokai pick guard, when compared to the thinner Fender 50s style/single ply ones that always seem to buckle with age) 💪
- Vintage accurate wax-coated cloth wire 🕯️
- Sporting a classy looking early 80s Tokai hard case to help keep it safe on its travels ✈️
- This old Strat has accumulated countless dings and scratches over the years. Its authentically weathered appearance effortlessly gives off that sought after ‘custom shop relic’ vibe 😎
- The pick guard is gradually turning from white to a dirty looking mint green now too 🤙
- But most important of all though, it plays and sounds like a pre CBS vintage Strat 🎶
- Even when it’s strummed unplugged, it sings with a natural acoustic resonance that is on par with various custom shop strats I’ve played ⭐️
