No additional holes drilled. All original wrap. This is an early 1965 (March/April) "Holy Grail" Downbeat (like Ringo!...this model being his first drumset before he later bought a Super Classic in the same finish).

Listing includes rack tom, floor tom, and bass drum only: Serial numbers: 114074, 127006,112646

One-owner drumset, purchased new in 1965 or '66.

All-original 1965 hardware, lugs, rims, and wrap. There are NO additional holes in any of the drums. Bearing edges are in pretty good shape. Wrap is in excellent shape with some darkening of the bass drum (and a little less on the toms) which is accurately represented in the photos, which looks cooler than the original stark black/grey/white. The bass drum hoops were missing inlay and so the Bum Wrap inlay is the only non-original addition to the kit (pictured). There is slight pitting on the lugs and rims, but it is really very, very clean. Some rust spots on the tom and cymbal mount, and probably on the spurs, too. Cymbals, stands, and snare not included.
