A true piece of Fender history — this 1987 American Vintage Reissue ‘62 Precision Bass represents one of the earliest examples from Fender’s renowned AVRI line, built at a time when craftsmanship and vintage accuracy were the focus. Finished originally in Olympic White, decades of natural aging have transformed the lacquer into a rich, darkened cream-to-reddish patina, creating a real relic look only time can produce.

This bass is 100% original, featuring its stock split-coil pickup, vintage-style tuners, threaded-saddle bridge, and the iconic 1962 neck profile. Its tone is everything you’d expect from a true P-Bass classic — deep, round, and articulate, with that unmistakable thump and warmth.
