Universal Audio UAFX Brigade Chorus and Vibrato Pedal (Demo Deal)

The Universal Audio UAFX Brigade Chorus & Vibrato Pedal flawlessly recreates the warm, coveted modulations of the Boss CE-1 Chorus Ensemble in a modern and compact stompbox. Built using the same algorithms used for the award-winning UA Astra Modulation Machine, Brigade specializes in the vintage bucket-brigade chorus and vibrato sound used by everyone from The Cure to Herbie Handcock.

AUTHENTIC BOSS CE-1 SOUNDS

Whether you want subtle warble, 1980s shimmer, or thick sonic waves, Brigade delivers an authentic and versatile chorus/vibrato that nails the CE-1’s analog bucket-brigade design. With a three knob design (Rate, Depth, and Level) and a Chorus/Vibrato switch, Brigade lets you dial in a wide range of tones with ease, from nostalgic flutters to shimmering aquatic textures.

AUTHENTIC BOOST PREAMP

One of the CE-1’s quintessential features was its unique boost preamp, which is why Brigade includes a to-spec preamp switch as well. Just like its inspiration Brigade’s preamp adds heft to your overall signal—not just the effect—for an extra helping of sustain and punch.

MADE FOR ANY SETUP

Built with a road-ready enclosure, UAFX Brigade also includes a True/Buffer bypass switch to accommodate any signal chain in need of classic modulation.
