The Eastman MD404-BK A-Style Mandolin is hand-built using traditional materials & traditional craftsmanship with solid Spruce top, solid Mahogany back, sides and neck and Ebony radiused fingerboard & adjustable ebony bridge. The A-style body features an Oval hole for maximum projection.
Other features include full gloss nitrocellulose finish with black top, Ivoroid top and fretboard bindings, Eastman cast Aluminum tailpiece, Nickel tuners with pearl buttons, Bone nut, Ivoroid diamonds and rings rosette, Mother of Pearl dot inlays, black/ white top purfling, adjustable truss rod, 1 3/32″ nut width, 13 7/8″ scale length and 1 5/8″ string spacing.
