Schecter Guitar Research C-1 Platinum Blackout Electric Guitar 2025 - Satin Black

Schecter Guitar Research C-1 Platinum Blackout Electric Guitar Satin Black ( 119511541 )

Built with an eye-catching satin finish.

Schecter Guitar Research's C-1 Platinum electric guitar has the heavy bite and slick style you've been searching for. Designed with a grand fusion of the most sought-after qualities of their previous models, this maple-topped mahogany design is revamped with a contoured arch and a neck comprised of three maple parts for added strength. Guitarists will also love the satin complemented by the polished hardware.

TonePros Performance Series Tuners

The C-1 Platinum also boasts the new "Performance Series" guitar tuners from TonePros. These new tuners combine classic styling with high precision to deliver a 20:1 gear ratio for ultimate performance.

DR Black Beauty Strings

In addition to being black, and looking cool, DR's Black Beauties have a hard coating on all the strings, including the plains. This gives you extra long life but they feel like uncoated strings. Since DR coats the wrap wire, before winding it around the core, the strings sound open and natural, unlike other coated strings.

EMG 81/85 Pickups

Stylistically versatile from funk to metal, the EMG 81 revolutionized the pickup world. The ceramic magnet construction along with close aperture coils deliver clarity that cuts through any mix in any style. Low-impedance output gives no signal loss with wireless units or long cable runs. Equally as versatile is the EMG 85. The C-1 Platinum Blackout electric features Alnico 5 magnets for a warm round tone that delivers all the punch, cut and clarity that players demand. Its EMG 81/85 is a lethal combo used and made famous by countless Platinum artists worldwide.
