The Schecter Model-T 5 Exotic -- an alluring take on a throwback bass! The neck is constructed from roasted maple and has been shaped to a thin "C" profile and its 21-fret ebony fingerboard is inlayed with exquisite 3-piece abalone blocks. The 35" scale neck gives the perfect amount of string tension to accommodate lower tunings. And with a satin natural finish that beautifully showcases its gorgeous Black Limba body, you'll be sure to steal the spotlight.

The Model-T 5 Exotic boasts a full range of tonal possibilities, courtesy of a calibrated pairing of Schecter MonsterTone Pickups that provide quiet operation while transferring thunderous lows and articulate highs. The simplified controls feature two master volume controls and a master tone control. Rounding out the black hardware is a set of WSC KG700 tuners and a Schecter Custom Bass Bridge that will stabilize tuning and can withstand anything you can dish out.

Features:

• Black limba body evokes mahogany-like, harmonic-rich, mid-focused tones with added resonance that remains balanced throughout the spectrum for a solid sonic foundation
• Roasted maple neck imparts warms throughout the bass’s aural profile, introducing fantastic note separation and tight basses for a clear, focused tone
• Ebony fingerboard means ample projection, immense sustain, and unmatched articulation
• Schecter-made MonterTone pickups provide flexible, powerful tone-shaping options with a straightforward control scheme to seamlessly suit your style
• Increased dimensional stability of roasted maple neck construction means substantial resistance to twisting and warping over non-roasted maple varieties
• Thin “C”-shaped neck profile allows for speed and precision across its 12-inch fingerboard radius without compromising comfort or in-hand feel
• 21 jumbo frets sprawl a 34-inch scale to accommodate a variety of tuning arrangements while emphasizing access to the full spectrum of tonal potential
• 1.496-inch Graph Tech XL Black TuUSQ nut and Schecter Custom string-through bass bridge mean reliably buzz-free tones with uncompromising presence
