Original 2022 Fender Custom Shop LTD 1967 Stratocaster HREL (heavy relic) HSS in excellent, like-new condition, complete with original case, hang tags, and docs and all the candy.
A real triumph of quality from the USA Corona, CA Fender Custom Shop! This Limited Edition '67 Strat is built with an Alder body which has been sorted for weight and finished in a heavily distressed, aged nitro lacquer. The aging package is Heavy Relic.
The neck is Rift Sawn Maple with a Rosewood fingerboard (fully bound, ala jazzmaster) that has been sorted for Dark wood. It has been carved to a killer "66 Oval C” profile with comfortable but substantial dimensions (.850" - .910" - think '69 small U but with slightly softer shoulders) and includes other premium features like a 9.5” radius and 21 x 6105 frets.
The pickups are a Hand Wound setup comprised of one of my favorite combinations - Custom '69 in the neck, Fat 50's in the middle, and a handwound shawbucker in the bridge position. Stone cold stunner.
