The Shure MV7X XLR Podcast Microphone is a professional dynamic microphone designed specifically for podcasting, voice recording, and content creation in home or studio environments. Built on the legacy of broadcast-grade Shure microphones, it delivers clear, natural vocal reproduction with excellent isolation from background noise.

Featuring an all-analogue XLR output, the MV7X is designed for use with audio interfaces and mixers, making it an ideal choice for podcasters who want high-quality sound without relying on USB connectivity or onboard processing. Its dynamic capsule is tuned to capture rich vocal detail while minimising room ambience, helping voices remain focused and present even in untreated recording spaces.

The cardioid polar pattern ensures strong rejection of off-axis noise, reducing distractions from keyboards, room reflections, or ambient sound. This makes it particularly effective for spoken-word applications where clarity and consistency are essential.

Inspired by Shureâs broadcast heritage, the MV7X features a robust all-metal construction and a professional-grade yoke mount for flexible positioning on boom arms or mic stands. It is built to withstand regular use in demanding recording setups while maintaining consistent performance over time.
