☆We are a drum head manufacturer that produces highly uniform drum heads using innovative ideas and computer control.☆

Finish: Clear Thickness: Two-ply, 7mil + 7mil
Size: 16 inches

The EC2 offers a wide dynamic range and, like the G2, is a highly popular tom head. The EC2 utilizes Evans' proprietary Sound Shaping Technology (SST), with a harmonic control ring positioned under the film that maintains overall sustain and tone balance without interfering with head vibration, making tuning easier and delivering optimal performance in any size.

SST - Sound Shaping Technology
The SST damping system not only varies the width of the ring for each size, but also the thickness and density to achieve optimal damping. This system allows you to mute specific frequencies, optimize the attack, tone, and sustain length, and achieve a more balanced pre-EQ sound.
