The Ampeg Venture VB-112 bass cab weighs 26.5 pounds and handles 250 watts RMS/500 watts Program power (8O) -- making it ideal for practicing and playing small venues. Ampeg Venture Series amplifiers and cabinets deliver the modern style and features sought by contemporary bassists--continuing a tradition of innovation that stretches back to the dawn of the electric bass.
The VB-112 features a custom-voiced Lavoce neodymium woofer and a variable high-frequency driver. This stylish front-ported cab is ruggedly constructed and covered in carbon fiber-style Tolex, so it will hold up gig after gig, while at the same being one of the lightest bass enclosures currently available. An optional Portaflex-style grille assembly offers an aesthetic alternative. Use as a small-format single cabinet or combined with a second VB-112.
