[2] Our Shipping Flat Rates or free shipping include full insurance of the total value of the item, and apply for most Metropolitan areas in North America. Locations outside major Metropolitan areas might be subject to EXTRA shipping costs for the buyer. If that situation applies, please send us a message including your ZIP code to verify your personalized and accurate quote on shipping rates and extra fees.

[3] All Custom fees are the responsibilities of the buyer. Buyer must contact Custom to insure a correct custom rate. We cannot do any custom quote or be responsible for any customs fees.

[4] All instruments are inspected and set up before shipping, therefore all boxes could be opened. We may also ship in a different box if we judge it is more secure to use a better packaging. If an instrument needs a setup at destination, there are the sole buyer responsibilities as the instrument has been verified and set up before shipping.

[5] There is NO return for international transactions and overseas shipping. Our return policy does not apply to International transactions, only to the Canadian market. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to verify if the manufacturer will accept the warranty for an international transaction, otherwise they will be considered as used.

[6] If an item arrives Damaged, please send us pictures of the external box and damage within the first 24 hours. Failure to do so will automatically void the insurance with the carrier. Keep the box until further notice and wait for our instructions for the next step. Having an instrument setup by yourself or a non-certified technician could void the warranty and insurance on shipping.

[7] All used items are final sales, the return policy does not apply.
