This is a Roland A220 midi separator. I bought it mid 1980s when I was getting into midi as a teenager. It splits incoming midi onto outputs A or B. I have the manual and can upload pages but there were too many to upload within the 25 limit so I've just shown a few.
It is a bit scratched on the top which wouldn't show in a rack, and if you look closely you can see my old postcode, but it would be easily taped over.
It turned out that the teenage version of me didn't actually know everything, so it didn't get used much, and it was all home use only.
