The special feature of the Evans Edge Control - Coated -12 Inch is the new developed sound shaping technology. This feature offers the possibility to give an individual damping to drumhead of any size. The damping material is not to be put onto the outer surface but is intergrated at the inside and varies in thickness and width according to the drumhead's diameter. Because of this individual damping the Evans Edge Control EC2S SST drumheads have a richer tone, sustain as well as pretty much attack. The Evans Edge Control Evans Edge Control - Coated - 12 Inch impresses with its wide sound and dynamic range, too.
