This motor control unit can eliminate the need for complicated multi-pin connectors, can allow you to use an external amp with the Leslie, or modify a guitar Leslie that's missing it's expensive control box.  

For the 122:   As you may know the DC switching voltage of a 122 has made quality, affordable controllers nearly impossible. Until now. By “taking over” the switching duties, this controller eliminates the need to send DC voltage down the audio line. Also it adds the motors off feature making the Leslie three speed (optionally). And there doesn't have to be ANY modifications or harm to the Leslie.    (sorry this doesn't work with the rare and unusual 122a by Suzuki)

THERE ARE TWO VERSIONS OF THIS CONTROLLER!  I also offer the "Leslie Motor Control" which is the same thing with a longer power cable, and an on/off switch on the box, it powers off of the Leslie's fast motor plug, This one would be for Leslie with no internal amplifiers or building projects.

I've sold hundreds of these units, and have gotten nothing but positive feedback, this is a great solution to many of your Leslie hook up problem.

The box can be kept around the back of the Leslie and plugs into the 122/142/145 or 147 amplifier's "fast" socket, the motor plug into it instead of the Leslie amp, the switch uses -5v DC so they've perfectly safe (unlike some stock relays that send half of 120v AC to your switch.

This sale includes a dual footswitch, if you want just the controller without a footswitch, check my other auctions or contract me if you don't see one here on reverb.   Most generic, latching dual footswitches will work.  If you want to use a half moon switch, most of the modern half moons repros will work with this, or I will rewire your vintage half moon switch (any three way switch) for you no charge as long as your pay the shipping.
