One of just 40 prototype units hand-built by Herman Gillis (aka “Sherman”) in 1996.
Excellent condition and full working order.
These original units did not have MIDI.
According to the Sherman website just 40 of these Belgian beasts were made. No MIDI and the back “panel” is plastic plumbing pipe. No frills, all thrills.
Serial number: 31 – signed on the back by Herman.
In terms of functionality and sound it is closest to the rawness of the early Filterbank 1.
CONDITION: Very clean with almost no signs of age or use. A small amount of scratching around one screw is all we can see.
VOLTAGE INFORMATION: 220/240v unit. A step-up transformer will be required for use on 110/120v supplies. Please ask if you need advice on what to use. We do not recommend using cheap, generic Chinese mains transformers.
