Metric M7 Potentiometer Knob Replacement Nut Set For Pedal, Guitar, & Amp Pots - 50 Pack - Made In Japan - High Quality New Part

Here for sale we have a set of 50 high quality Made In Japan metric standard M7 potentiometer knob nuts. This metric standard is used on most pedals, amps, guitars, and other audio electronics made in Europe and Asia, such as Boss/Roland, Ibanez, and many other brands. If you've been looking for a metric standard M7 replacement for the lost or broken nut for the potentiometer on your gear you have finally found it! These larger packs are great for people with large gear collections, music stores, or people who repair gear and want to keep a stock of commonly needed parts.

These pot nuts thread onto the potentiometer knob on the outside of your gear to help secure the potentiometer in place so it doesn't wiggle around. This set includes 50 zinc plated high quality steel nuts.

These premium high quality Made In Japan nuts are manufactured from high grade steel with a shiny zinc finish, which helps prevent corrosion. Unlike some cheap replacement nuts, these will not rust/corrode quickly, will not have a finish that flakes off after minimal use, and will not have issues threading onto the potentiometer. These nuts are the correct threading (there is more than one standard size for potentiometer nuts), and correct thickness for use on these pots, and are made to last for a lifetime!

Whether you just want to get a workhorse piece of equipment back to working properly, or want to increase the resale value on a broken/aged piece of gear by getting it back in tip top shape, if you have gear that uses the M7 metric nut and want the potentiometer knob to be securely held in place again these are the ones to get!

NOTES ON FITMENT: As mentioned above there are multiple sizes for potentiometer nuts. Many pedals, guitars, and amps, especially those made in Europe, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, or other parts of Asia use one of two standard metric sizes. This is the smaller of the two common metric sizes, and is especially common on pedals, whereas larger items like guitars/amps sometimes (but not always) use the bigger size. These nuts are generally used on potentiometers with a 6mm shaft size, and usually referred to as M7 or 7mm potentiometers. The bigger size uses an M8 nut and is usually referred to as an M8 or 8mm potentiometer. You will also see them referred to as compact/full sized, or small/large sometimes, in that context these would be compact/small and the M8 would be full sized/large. Many American made pedals, guitars, and amps, use the other American standard, which likewise has multiple sizes. These will not fit MXR, Gibson USA, Fender USA, etc, although they will fit some gear made overseas by these companies on brands owned by them such as some Epiphone, Squire, etc products. Switches and other types of controls may or may not use this size, whether American or European/Asian, so check before ordering.

If your potentiometer looks like the size and style found on Boss pedals, and is manufactured in Asia or Europe there are good odds these will work, but we cannot guarantee fitment on anything based solely on brand name or place of manufacture. You need to verify if these nuts will work on your equipment yourself. The easiest way to see if you are not sure is to take a nut from a Boss compact pedal (DS-1, DD-7, TU-3, etc) and swap it onto the pedal/guitar/amp you're not sure about. If it threads on correctly then it uses this style, if it is too big to screw on tightly it is probably the larger metric size, or one of the American standard sizes. Feel free to message us with any questions and we will try to help if we can!
