Here is a stunning Selmer "Transition" model from the 40s.
After Mario Maccaferri's departure, Selmer made changes on their guitars. This one has a spruce top, solid maple back and sides, and a "transition" headstock inspired by classical guitar.

The instrument is in very good shape, has been properly restored and is very comfortable and resonant, delivering a beautiful old-school jazz tone.
