With a 0.500" bore and an 8.5" bell, one might be a bit confused by this trumpet-looking instrument! The King 1130 "Flugabone" (or marching valve trombone) has the large sound of a tenor trombone with the convenience of a three-valve instrument. Less than 20" long, this instrument is excellent for either marching or stage band performance. Our item has seen very little outdoor play time- it is nearly perfect! Aside from one small dent (pictured), this interesting piece is almost pristine. Some surface lacquer wear is prevalent at the contact points. Included with this "bass trumpet" is its case and its mouthpiece. All our instruments are personally refurbished and maintained by our in-house technician. If you need to fill out the brass section in your marching band, or if you'd like the speed and conveniece of a nicely-wrapped tenor trombone, this King 1130 is the instrument for you! Bring this conversation piece home today!
