1999 USA Hamer Artist Vanguard Silver Sparkle ES Hollow w/Hardshell

Anybody a fan of Marvel's Silver Surfer? Personally I think this guitar is a wonderful looking piece that has a lot to offer at it's price point. For a fraction of what you'd pay for a Gibson, you're essentially getting a Semi-Hollow Double Cut Les Paul with some of the most hum reducing P90's I've heard in a long time.

If you didn't peer at the headstock from time to time, you yourself might mistake it for an older Gibson double cut. It's that spot on. 

Hamer's are also notorious for being quite sturdy. Which is the case for this instrument as well. This piece features a three piece Honduras mahogany neck connected at a dovetail joint that is about 25% larger than Gibson's tenon. This increases output and sustain astonishingly so to the point you might as well leave your LP at home. The body is Honduras Mahogany as well.
