*All my control plates come with mounting screws and a hardwired bridge ground.

This "Greasebucket" harness/tone circuit for Telecasters is the latest offering from Tribute Guitarworks. All top-quality parts include 2 CTS dish-back 250K pots, an Oak Grigsby 3-way switch, Switchcraft jack, Russian Mil Spec PIO capacitor and a Sprague Orange Drop, all wired up with Gavitt cloth-covered wire and Thackery silver solder for crisp, clear connections throughout.

The Greasebucket circuit offers a unique way of controlling the tone of your guitar that offers more response than the traditional tone control which simply rolls off highs...

From Premier Guitar Magazine: "...  the Greasebucket tone control is a cool way to roll off the highs and lows in your guitar while preventing your tone from getting muddy. This is especially helpful for creating sparkling clean tones, but it’s also useful for overdriven sounds."

There are some good demos of this circuit on YouTube and I'll link one to this listing so you can hear this tone mod for yourself and see if it's something you would like in your Tele.
