Alesis EC2 Converter Upgrade for ADAT HD24
The Alesis EC2 96K upgrade allows your existing HD24 to convert and process stunning 24 bit 96K digital audio. The E2 is user installable, and comes with utra high quality converters. When installed, the EC-2 will replace the current converter boards in the HD24 with new boards capable of recording and playing back twelve channels of audio at nominal sample rates of 96kHz and 88.2kHz, as well as 24 channels of audio at standard sample rates of 44.1kHz and 48kHz.
The Alesis EC2 converter board upgrades the ADAT-HD24 with state-of-the-art 24-bit A/D/A converters capable of greater than 110dB dynamic range. The upgrade delivers ultralow distortion, even at nominal sample rates of 44.1kHz and 48kHz. Fully balanced analog I/O is provided on 1/4" TRS jacks. The AC2 coverter is capable of recording and playing back 12 channels of audio at rates of 96kHz and 88.2kHz, as well as 24 channels of audio at standard rates of 44.1kHz and 48kHz.24-bit A/D/A converters
