Designed by Dan Helland in Green Bay, Wisconsin & built by the Holman-Woodell factory in Neodesha, Kansas.  Helland had Holman-Woodell build him around 45 “Six,” “Twelve” (12-string), and “Four” (bass) guitars.  They were introduced at the summer NAMM show in Chicago in ’67 where zero orders were produced.  The company folded shortly thereafter.

Cosmetic Condition:  Very good condition for its age, showing various finish chips as well as some minor nicks, dents & dings.  The chrome hardware has tarnished a bit & there are light surface scratches throughout the body.  The guitar has been professionally set up by us with a fresh pack of strings & plays well.

Neck:  Bound maple neck with red side-dots.  Rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlays.  Original frets are in great shape with no wear.  Kluson Deluxe tuners are in perfect working condition.  1 11/16" chrome nut; 24 3/4" scale length.

Body:  Solid 2x4 body finished in white with white pickguard.  Fixed tailpiece with adjustable bridge.  Guitar weighs 6 lbs 14.5 oz.

Pickups:  Holman-made Sensi-Tone single coils.  Dual volume & tone control wheels with 3-way toggle switch.  The switch cap is missing.  All electronics are original & in good working condition.
