Vintage 1960's (late) Sherwood FM Stereo Receiver S-8600A *USA Made in original, functional condition. Unit has been tested, exterior cleaned, and sounds and functions very good no known issues. 

I am in love with vintage Sherwood audio products for their sleek styling, brushed steel knobs, and high quality fit, feel, and finish. The knobs and switches feel solid and precise. The FM tuning dial rolls smoothly, stations tune in easily and clearly when unit is connected to external antenna. Circuit noise is very low, audio fidelity is very good! This high quality made in Chicago receiver puts out a very clear, sonically full, warm pleasing sound and everything looks and functions properly.

There are a few minor age related scuffs and small scratches here and there on the cabinet and backside input/output panel as well as hand writing of indeterminate purposes but front faceplate looks very nice, overall, this is beautiful looking and good sounding vintage USA made stereo receiver at a good price, you won't be disappointed!
