The Electro-Voice EVOLVE 50 G2 portable column PA system combines higher output, broad coverage, and fast setup in a streamlined white system for live events, performances, presentations, and venue sound. A 1,500 W Class D amplifier drives a 12-inch subwoofer and eight 3.5-inch neodymium column drivers, producing up to 129 dB maximum SPL with frequency response from 43 Hz to 20 kHz.

Wide, Even Room Coverage

The column array provides 120-degree horizontal by 40-degree down-tilted vertical coverage to reach both seated and standing listeners. Low-frequency extension reaches 37 Hz at the published minus 10 dB frequency range, giving the system substantial bass capability from a portable format.

Fast Setup and Flexible Control

The distance pole seats magnetically and the column locks in place by gravity, so the system assembles by hand without tools. Signal routing is integrated through the assembly. A large full-color LCD supports direct adjustment, while the QuickSmart App provides Bluetooth-based wireless control for multiple compatible systems. Extended Bluetooth range, music ducking, enhanced effects, and switchable 48 V phantom power expand control for live sound workflows.

Expandable for Larger Setups

QuickSmart Link can connect two EVOLVE 50 G2 systems for stereo audio and control using a standard Ethernet cable. Redesigned top handles on the subwoofer support easier transport, and the distance pole and column array come prepacked in a padded carrying bag.
