1995 Gibson Les Paul Classic | Heritage Cherry Sunburst | Figured Top & Flame Mahogany Neck

For sale is my 1995 Gibson Les Paul Classic in Heritage Cherry Sunburst, featuring a beautiful figured maple top and an unusually flame-figured mahogany neck.

This is a particularly attractive example from Gibson's highly regarded 1990s Classic era, featuring the slim 1960-style neck profile, carved maple top, and mahogany body and neck construction.

The guitar has been upgraded with boutique pickups and handwired electronics, offering a wide range of classic Les Paul tones along with the distinctive out-of-phase sounds associated with Peter Green and Gary Moore.

Upgrades & Electronics

- DylanTone DAF humbuckers: Boutique PAF-style pickups featuring a radiator-covered bridge pickup and exposed zebra neck pickup.

- 1950s-style handwired electronics: Point-to-point wiring with four Mojotone 500k audio-taper potentiometers.

- Peter Green / Gary Moore phase modification: The pickups are wired to produce the distinctive hollow, nasal out-of-phase tone in the middle position while maintaining traditional humbucker sounds when either pickup is selected individually.

- Treble bleed modification: Helps retain clarity and high-end definition when rolling back the volume controls.

- Traditional dependent volume wiring: Either pickup's volume control will mute the guitar completely when turned to zero in the middle position.
