This is a Bach Stradivarius model 43 that was made in approximately 1976, so it is in the sweet spot for Elkhart production and has the CORPORATION stamp on the bell engraving.  It is raw brass and has started to develop a bit of patina.  The horn is straight and there are no dents.  There is some faint evidence of dent work on the bell rim, but it does not appear that there was any significant trauma.  There are a number of pin point dots on the outside of the leadpipe indicating the start of red rot, but the inside of the pipe is clean and shiny, so likely if the pipe is kept clean it will function well for decades.   

 All slides are smooth, and the valves are fast, and compression is excellent. 

Comes with a Pro Tec Max case in very good condition and a 3C mouthpiece.
