The Roland TR-909, released in Japan in 1983, is one of the most iconic and widely used drum machines of all time. However it was a commercial failure upon launch, the TR-909 (known colloquially simply as the "909" ) gathered a cult following during the rise of electronic dance music and hip hop. It has been used by innumerable artists over the years, including Kanye West, the Chemical Brothers, the Sound of London, the Prodigy, and so many more. Due to its limited production run, the TR-909 is rare and extremely sought after. Professionally serviced 909s in excellent condition are even more valuable. Despite the 909 has inspired an endless list of copycat software plug-ins and other hardware drum machines, nothing is like the real deal!

This TR-909 is in Excellent Condition, clean throughout with some signs of wear (see pictures), including some minor scratches, scuffs and coloration. This device has been tested by our professional technician and is working perfectly. The serial number plate on the back of the enclosure has been removed so the serial number could not be verified.
