you've ever double-tracked a vocal in the studio and wished you could pull that off live without hiring a second singer, this is the box for it. The FV02 runs your mic through five chorus/doubling voices: Unison, Oct- (lower octave), Oct+ (upper octave), Group1, and Group2 (multi-voice stacking), dialed in with the MODE knob, while a separate LEVEL knob sets how loud that doubled layer sits against your dry voice. For a solo guitarist-singer working open mics, coffee shops, or a street corner, that's the difference between sounding like one person and sounding like you brought company.

The guitar side runs its own 1/4" in/out with independent reverb, kept off the vocal chain so your guitar tone doesn't inherit settings meant for a voice. The mic side takes a balanced XLR input with optional 48V phantom power and its own Gain knob, functioning as a standalone preamp with no interface required. A REVERB knob controls how much ambiance sits on your voice, and the TONE button cycles through three vocal character modes (Normal, Warm, Bright) with a single press. A Line In switch lets you feed the box from an external mic preamp or chain it with other FV-series pedals, and a Ground Lift switch is there for the noisy club PA that's inevitably going to hum at you.

Learn the footswitch before you gig with it, because it doesn't behave like a normal stompbox. One tap turns on chorus and reverb together (LED goes green), a second tap drops the chorus while reverb stays on (LED goes red), and double-tapping quickly kills everything at once. Holding the switch opens a hidden menu for guitar reverb adjustment (LED goes yellow), and switching between Individual and Mix output mode requires holding the footswitch while powering the unit on, not something to discover for the first time at soundcheck. This category, vocal doubling and harmony boxes aimed at singer-guitarists, usually carries a premium price tag. The FV02 covers the same ground, guitar and vocal processing in one small unit, without that markup. One practical note for anyone gigging off the grid: it runs only on a 9V DC adapter, no battery option, so factor that into your power plan if you're busking somewhere without an outlet.

USED, VERY GOOD condition. No velcro on the back.
