Fender American Original 60's Stratocaster

This is a fantastic guitar, with vibey looks and excellent playability. The thin nitrocellulose finish makes it look and sound great, but is bit prone to take on the road-wear as pictured. Looks actually very cool. Plays amazing, with a 5 spring tremolo set-up (Eric Johnson-style). Comes with original G&G case, trem bar.

The Fender American Original '60s Stratocaster Olympic White is a premium, vintage-inspired electric guitar produced by Fender from 2018 until early 2022. Designed to replace the American Vintage series, it faithfully replicates the look, feel, and tone of a classic mid-1960s Stratocaster while integrating subtle modern playability upgrades like a 9.5" fretboard radius and a 5-way pickup switch.

Overview & Key Features

The American Original '60s Stratocaster captures a pivotal era for the model, mirroring the transition when Fender shifted from maple fretboards to rosewood slabs.

• Vintage Vibe: It features a period-correct mint green pickguard, aged plastic control knobs, and a breathable gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish that allows the body wood to resonate naturally and age gracefully over time.
• Modern Playability: Unlike strict vintage reissues that utilize a curved 7.25" radius, this model implements a flatter 9.5" fretboard radius coupled with vintage tall frets. This prevents notes from choking out during string bends while maintaining an authentic feel.
• Electronics: It comes factory equipped with three Pure Vintage '65 gray-bottom single-coil pickups. These are wax-potted and constructed with period-correct materials to deliver the classic, articulate, and slightly scooped midrange tone characteristic of mid-60s rock and surf music
