Schecter Hellraiser C-7 FR S in Black Cherry

The Hellraiser C-7 FR S is a purpose-built seven-string instrument designed for modern extended-range playing. Its slim Thin C neck profile and 26.5" scale deliver comfortable fretting hand positioning across all registers, while the Floyd Rose 1000 Series bridge enables aggressive dive-bombs and pitch manipulation without tuning drift. The quilted maple top over mahogany body finished in Black Cherry presents a striking aesthetic backed by solid tonal foundation.

Playability & Build

The set-neck mahogany construction with Ultra Access body contours provides reliable sustain and upper-fret access critical for seven-string work. The rosewood fingerboard with 24 X-Jumbo frets and 16" radius supports both aggressive lead work and clean chordal playing, while the 47.6 mm nut width spaces the strings appropriately for seven-string clarity without cramping.

Tone & Electronics

An EMG 81-7 bridge pickup delivers aggressive, articulate output suited to heavy playing and drop tunings, while a Sustainiac neck pickup adds harmonic sustain and feedback control through dedicated Sustainiac mode switching. Independent volume, tone, and intensity controls plus a 3-way pickup selector and 2-way Sustainiac on/off switch provide comprehensive tonal sculpting without menu diving.
