The Schecter Keith Merrow KM-7 MK-III Artist is a premium seven-string with a swamp ash body, a striking poplar burl top and a nine-piece wenge, maple and purpleheart neck-thru construction with two carbon fiber reinforcement rods. The ultra-thin "C" profile, 12"-16" compound radius ebony fingerboard, 24 stainless steel frets and 26.5" scale make it a precise, comfortable extended-range instrument.

A pair of Lundgren M7 humbuckers delivers a tight, articulate low end and searing leads, with a mini switch for coil split. A Hipshot 7-string Ibby bridge, Hipshot Grip-Lock tuners and an Ernie Ball compensated nut provide superb intonation and tuning stability.
