Yamaha YAS-82ZII Custom Z Professional Alto Saxophone ARTIST SELECTED [S/N E36xxx]

This Custom Z was personally selected by saxophonist Koji Orita and comes with its signed Yamaha selection certificate. It is in like-new condition, and all of the pads, corks, and felts are in fantastic shape. The case is included.

The Custom Z is the alto Yamaha crafts for jazz players, and the 82ZII is a full rework of the original 82Z. It responds quickly, blends easily, and offers a flexible tonal palette, with an extremely even sound throughout the ranges.

What sets the 82ZII apart

• V1 neck: A wider bore taper for a free-blowing feel and plenty of flexibility.
• One-piece hand-hammered bell: Shaped from a single sheet of brass instead of two joined halves.
• Hand-engraved bell
• Metal resonators: Quick response and a wide dynamic range.
• Improved low B-C# connection: Keeps the low C# closing consistently.
• Teardrop front F key: Adjustable to your preference.

• Mother-of-pearl key touches
• Adjustable thumb hook
• Auxiliary keys: High F# and front F
• Finish: Gold lacquer
