This is a very rare 1993 "Ovation 1868 Elite" – USA Made – Acoustic/Electric with Ovation Hardshell Case. The guitar is in excellent vintage condition. It shows hardly any wear, and is fully functional and plays well. The 9v battery doesn’t click into place (not sure if it ever did or if this is how it was designed?...) but the door to the compartment holds the battery in just fine. Please review all photos carefully, as they are part of the description. There are hardly any signs of use, due to it spending most of its life in its case. There are a few imperfections that I tried to capture in the photos, but it's hard to believe this guitar is over 30 years old. Great acoustic sound, and plugged in this thing really shines! The wood on the fretboard appears to be lighter in color than the other ones I've seen, so I'm not sure what it is, but this seems to be an extremely rare version. If you know what it is, I'd love to hear about it. Overall, this guitar is gorgeous with a lot of attention to detail. Made in the USA in New Hartford, Connecticut.

Please ask questions prior to purchasing. Thank you.
