Just got this back from Bose repair. I bought something else while it was away being repaired and ended up liking the replacement better. I’m pretty sure they either gave me a brand new unit or replaced most of the parts. The only part that doesn’t look brand new is the little info sticker on the bottom which is peeling (pictured). Everything else is brand new from what I can tell.
Great unit, just can’t handle the bass as well as my new unit with a dedicated sub.
