Fender MIJ FSR Traditional Stratocaster XII - Candy Apple Red

Absolutely gorgeous, rock-solid-Japan-built, great playing, great sounding 2018 Traditional Stratocaster XII in Candy Apple Red. Guitar plays great and is a beautiful color. Lived in a smoke-free, pet-free, temp and humidity-controlled studio. Unfortunately it did take a good ding on the back side edge, about 5 inches below the strap lock (see final two photos). It is not visible from the front. Comes with a generic, but basically new gig bag.

If you're looking for a seriously high quality electric 12 for live playing or studio recording, thanks to that ding you can get a top quality Japan made instrument that far outclasses the Squier and Fender Alternate Reality JM XIIs. I've briefly owned both and there is no comparison. This guitar is far better made than either, lighter in weight, and far more comfortable and streamlined than either to play. Plus, the pickups sound great (unlike the Squier - which are truly awful). But even if you don't care for them, they are Strat pickups - countless replacements of any type and tone are available.
